Ethan Kazmerzak has been missing from Hampton, IA since Sunday, September 15th, 2013

A press conference was held on September 15, 2014 - one year after the disappearance of Ethan. The Hampton Chronicle and KLMJ Radio have posted information online about the press conference. Ethan is 22 years old and is 5 foot 5 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds. He wears glasses, has blonde hair, and a reddish colored beard. Ethan was wearing a teal/white printed shirt and peach/orange shorts. He was last seen at about 12 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15, in rural Hampton. The vehicle Ethan could be driving is a silver 2006 Volkswagen Jetta with Iowa license AUZ382.

Kazmerzak was seen in several area pubs on Sept. 14, including Pit Row and the Red Moose in Hampton as well as Duck’s in Aredale. He was reportedly last seen at a party at a gravel pit pond located behind a house in the 1400 block of 190th Street. Police say his cell phone was last used at about 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 15 at the intersection of 190th Street and Olive Avenue and his ATM card has reportedly not been used since Sept. 14.
